or
a wpg trilogy sport autococker with a cp reg, new feed neck, new berrel and new bolt and its been gun lasered
I would defiantly say the AutoCocker, but its mostly more expensive. And it sounds like it is already upgrade and if you got that Ion you would need to upgrade before you can match it with the AC.
